Veytrivo CRM is built following GDPR principles. Here is how we protect your data.

Tenant isolation

Every company’s data is isolated at the database level, so no company can read or change another company’s records.

Access control

• Owner, Admin, Manager and Agent roles, enforced on the server for every request.
• Private, team and company visibility on contacts and deals.
• Login rate limiting and temporary lockout.

Encryption

HTTPS everywhere. Server disks, file storage and backups are encrypted, and third-party access tokens are encrypted at rest.

Support access

Our staff cannot see your records unless your owner or admin grants read-only access for 24 hours. You can revoke it at any time, and every visit is written to a log you can see in settings.

Backups

Encrypted backups every 6 hours, stored off-server for 30 days, with restores tested monthly.
