Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Veytrivo CRM. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your company.

Your account

You are responsible for your users, their access levels and keeping login details secure. Each company has one owner, who manages billing.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed per seat, monthly or yearly, in advance. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing period.

Acceptable use

• Follow the terms of every platform you connect, including Meta, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and Upwork.
• Only message people who may lawfully be contacted, and honour unsubscribe and opt-out requests.
• Do not use the service to send spam or to store data you have no right to process.

Third-party platforms

Integrations use each platform’s official APIs. Upwork activity is tracked from what your team logs; Veytrivo CRM does not access your Upwork account.

Your data

You own the data you put into Veytrivo CRM. See our privacy policy for how we handle it.
